For some reason, WordPress sometimes stops sending WooCommerce password reset emails to users. I tried to find a solution for this online, but everything seemed too complicated. The solutions I found required more plugins or some code and I am not a programmer. I rely on Elementor page builder to build my pages. There’s an affiliate link below. I always try to find solutions that don’t require code or additional plugins. It took me some time to get to this one but it’s so simple that it’s definitely worth a try. I hope it works for you too.

Watch the video tutorial below to see all the steps you have to take. If you prefer, you can read all the steps below.
Open your WordPress admin dashboard.
Click WooCommerce and choose Settings.
In the WooCommerce Settings window, choose the Advanced tab.
Scroll down and, under the section Account endpoints, look for the field Lost password and delete the text (lost-password) from the text field or cut it because you’re going to need it in a bit.
Click the button Save changes.
Go back to your WooCommerce settings, scroll down again to the section Account endpoints, paste the text you have deleted before – lost-password – back into the Lost password field and hit Save changes.
You should follow all the steps above to ensure you complete the process successfully.
