For some reason, WordPress sometimes stops sending WooCommerce password reset emails to users. I tried to find a solution for this online, but everything seemed too complicated. The solutions I found required more plugins or some code and I am not a programmer. I rely on Elementor page builder to build my pages. There’s an affiliate link below. I always try to find solutions that don’t require code or additional plugins. It took me some time to get to this one but it’s so simple that it’s definitely worth a try. I hope it works for you too.

Open your WordPress admin dashboard.

Click WooCommerce and choose Settings.
Step #3
In the WooCommerce Settings window, choose the Advanced tab.

Scroll down and, under the section Account endpoints, look for the field Lost password and delete the text (lost-password) from the text field or cut it because you’re going to need it in a bit.

Click the button Save changes.
Step #6
Go back to your WooCommerce settings, scroll down again to the section Account endpoints, paste the text you have deleted before – lost-password – back into the Lost password field and hit Save changes.
You should follow all the steps above to ensure you complete the process successfully.
